Greetings my name is Nia Biggs, I am the founder of Mental H.E.R., LLC.
Mental HER was established in2019 in efforts to help women walk in their healing power, wholeness, and divine purpose. Mental HER is a platform of life coaching determined to uphold the fabric of women in every area of their daily lives.
Our mission is helping women identify the power within themselves without being identified with past trauma, mental health stigmas, life disruptions, agonizing pain, and broken paths.
Mental H.E.R. means:
Heal H.E.R.- through self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-love, and self-worth.
Empower H.E.R. - with tools, techniques, daily affirmations, and self-help assessments.
Release H.E.R. - into the world where she can become fearless, timeless, and limitless.
